Trade delegations and offshore conferences

• Organise and coordinate appointments and meetings with key contacts (government, corporate and institutional) in-country;

• Collaborate with AusTrade and Australian missions in-country to facilitate approaches to key contacts, support and Diplomatic and/or Consular representation;

• Provide detailed briefings on appropriate business protocols, etiquette and procedures;

• Facilitate international travel and in-country accommodation, transport and hospitality arrangements;

• Provide a Delegation Manager, who will travel with the delegation to supervise arrangements and handle all logistics during the even itself.
